Hotel & Car ? |
Answer:
If you want to add a car to your hotels’ bookings, please make sure that you put the name of the main driver as « main client ». |

Bookings including children |
Answer:
It is not possible – whatever the hotel – to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children in the same room : you will have to book 2 rooms. We can ask for communicating or adjacent rooms, depending of the hotels selected. Please contact our Customer Service. |

To book several hotels for the same period |
Answer:
You still don’t know which hotel to book ? Our booking system allows you to book several hotels for the same period : when all the hotels are confirmed, you can cancel those which don’t suit you. |

|
Local office ? |
Answer:
Our local office is situated in Havana. It aims at confirming our bookings and assisting clients. Our correspondents won’t be able to make other bookings during your stay in Cuba.
The address and phone number of our local office appear at the top of the vouchers. |

Amendments while in Cuba |
Answer:
Every amendment or cancellation made by the client while in Cuba is not refundable.
However, we may examine – without guarantying success – clients’ requests if they have a written document from the provider telling that he will refund them entirely, without any fees. |
