Can we change some Hotels/Stopovers ? |
Answer:
The itineraries we propose are only examples taking into account the distances between each stopover and each city’s interest.
However, it is absolutely possible to modify some stopovers and/or accommodation depending on your desires, budget, etc….
Our team in Paris knows very well the destination and can recommend to you the best places to see and to stay. |

What about flights ? |
Answer:
If you have already booked your international flights, we can book your land services (hotels, cars,…) without any supplement.
If you need to book your international flights, thank you for specifying it when sending us your request, so that we can include them in our proposal. |

|
I don’t want to rent a car |
Answer:
It’s very easy to drive in Cuba (See the Car’s FAQ).
However, if you don’t want to rent a car, you can use local transportation with Viazul (see www.Viazul.com). The transfers should be booked directly in Cuba, but some of them may be available directly on our website in the Transfer section. |

We have a local office in Havana which confirms our client’s bookings and assists them when they’re in Cuba. Its address and phone number appear at the top of the vouchers. |

Amendments in Cuba |
Answer:
Every amendment or cancelation made in Cuba is not refundable.
However, we may examine – without guarantying success – clients’ requests if they have a written document from the provider telling that he will refund them entirely, without any fees. |
